They were welcomed by Prime Minister of Ker Kwaro Acholi Rt.Hon. Otim Michael who briefed them on the activities under taken by Ker Kwaro Acholi as a cultural institution.
The team from China wants to establish their business park in Gulu city saying the city is strategically located to feed in South Sudan, Congo, Sudan etc.
